Emily, a senior from St. Louis studying visual communication design, is the Outreach Assistant for our office. Beyond just having an awesome personality, Emily is remarkably talented, always designing visually impactful and  exciting promotional materials for our office.  Redesigning over 100 of our program brochures, she gave us a fresh new look that is modern and entices a greater number of  students into the Office of Study Abroad.  Additionally, she creates our other resource materials —  from business cards, to newspaper inserts, to info session flyers —  all of which are eye-catching and informative. In a position that has frequent deadlines and countless projects, Emily always remains positive and on top of things, wowing us with her innovative designs on a regular basis. She has proven invaluable to us for her work ethic as well as her creativity, and our outreach capacities as an office have been much enhanced through the work she’s done for us.

As she graduates this May, Emily has earned a fantastic internship opportunity in Kansas City for the summer. It has been an honor to work with her, and although we will miss Emily and her talent here at the Office of Study Abroad, we are excited to see what her future has in store!
