For those of you about to embark on your journey abroad, the Office of Study Abroad and the Study Abroad Student Ambassadors are offering panel sessions for students to attend and ask us anything! These sessions will consist of students who have been abroad that can answer your questions and share their own experiences!
Also, by attending you’re eligible to win a $100 Travel Voucher!
This semester, thanks to the generosity of STA travel, we have two $100 travel vouchers to give away as door prizes. All attendees can enter to win a $100 STA Travel Voucher. You may enter the drawing once for each panel you attend, so attending more will increase your chances of winning!

Practical Tips for Studying Abroad
April 1st, Fraser 119, 4 PM
This will focus on communication abroad, money matters, packing, getting a visa, and more.
Independent Travel Abroad
April 7th, Fraser 119, 4 PM
This session will focus on planning travel while studying abroad.
Make the Most of Your Time Abroad
April 15th, Fraser 119, 4 PM
This session will focus on maximizing the time you spend abroad, including getting involved, finding unique cultural opportunities, and food!
Language Learning Abroad
April 22nd, Fraser 119, 4 PM
Ideal for students studying a language abroad, this session will focus on taking courses in a foreign language, living with a host family, and dealing with unique cultural situations.
