Set on Port Jackson, Sydney is Australia’s largest city with a population of over four million people.
This eight-week program begins with a three-day orientation of Sydney, including a walking tour, welcome reception, and orientation seminars as well as a full day Saturday excursion to the Blue Mountains and Featherdale Wildlife Park.
Students will work 28 – 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, for a total of 196 – 224 contact hours. Students have Fridays off, providing them with three-day weekends to explore Sydney or travel.
The program also includes CAPA’s My-Education Program, a rich and varied calendar of free or low-cost optional activities, events lectures, walking tours, and film showings intended to help students make the most of their time in Sydney.
Internships are available for all majors.

Students will be housed in apartments with double-occupancy bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and all utilities and linens.
